From now to July 12th : Your paid entry fee will be fully refunded less the minimum administrative fee : 300-20 = 280€ Any cancellation from July 13th to August 1th will be refunded 50% (150€) Any cancellation after August 11th won't be refunded unless special circumstances out of your control to be demonstrated.
The PWCA membership fee is not refundable.

How to come to Targasonne?
There are many possibilities:
From BARCELONA airport , go to Barcelona station either by train (line R2N from "Estación De Tren El Prat Aeroport" to "Estación De Tren Barcelona-Clot-Aragó", then pick up the line by train R3 from "Estación De Tren Barcelona La Sagrera Meridiana" to "Estación De Tren Puigcerdà". Or by bus, take line A2 (from "Aeroport - Terminal B" to "Pl. From PERPIGNAN station , you have to reach the Perpignan Multimodal bus station which is just 100 meters away. Then take bus 560 towards Porté-Puymorens. Then get off at Targasonne.
