The second event of the 2021 PWCA season goes to Kopaonik in Serbia from 10th to 17th Jul. Selection process started this week and first pilots have already confirmed their participation. 

 

Kopaonik is mountain range located on the border between Serbia and Kosovo. On Serbian side of the border, in the middle of the plateau there is a beautiful ski resort with the same name. Many international sport team use this place as altitude preparation center. High end hotels are surrounded by forest and hills giving it a very unique vibe. It is great location for paragliding as with short car drive you find take offs in to all wind directions.

 

Kopaonik hosted last PWCA event in 2013 and European Championships in 2014.

Few days before selection start of Kopaonik event first pilots were selected for PWCA Super Final that will take place in Disents Switzerland from 7th to 18th Jul.
